Property advisory firm Lisney has announced eight senior leadership appointments, including five new Directors and three Divisional Directors, as the company strengthens its management team following the recent appointment of Aoife Brennan as Chief Executive Officer.

The appointments span the firm’s commercial property, residential, research and human resources divisions and reflect continued investment in leadership across both its Dublin and Cork operations.

Founded in 1934, Lisney has operated in the Irish property market for more than 90 years and provides advisory services across the residential and commercial sectors. Its commercial business operates under the Lisney CRE brand, while its residential business trades as Lisney Sotheby’s International Realty.

The new appointments include Jennifer Gaffney as Director of Property Management. Based in Cork, she joined Lisney in 2022 and brings more than a decade of property management experience across Ireland and the United States, overseeing both commercial and residential assets.

Robert Lawson has been appointed Director of Residential Sales in Ballsbridge. With more than 20 years’ experience, he specialises in residential sales, acquisitions and investment transactions, with a particular focus on Dublin 4, Dublin 6 and Mount Merrion.

Within the commercial offices division, Conor Lennon and Deborah Mahon have both been appointed Directors. Lennon, who joined Lisney in 2020, advises clients on office lettings, acquisitions, disposals, lease renewals and rent reviews. Mahon, a member of the Commercial Office Agency team since 2015, has extensive experience representing landlords, occupiers and institutional clients across the Dublin office market.

Karen O’Reilly has been promoted to Director of Human Resources. Having joined Lisney in 2014, she leads the firm’s HR function, overseeing talent development, employee relations, organisational development and performance management.

Three Divisional Directors have also been appointed.

Ausra Marcelyte becomes Divisional Director for Research and Data. Since joining Lisney’s Research and Consultancy team in 2021, she has focused on commercial property research, data analytics, geospatial analysis and the production of market reports that support client decision-making.

James O’Flaherty has been appointed Divisional Director of Residential Sales for Country Homes and Estates. A luxury property specialist with more than 12 years’ experience across Ireland and Dubai, he advises on the sale of premium country homes and high-value residential properties nationwide.

Bevan Rooke becomes Divisional Director of Residential Sales in Ballsbridge. With more than 11 years’ experience in residential property, he specialises in the South Dublin market, advising buyers and sellers across a wide range of residential transactions.

Commenting on the appointments, Lisney Chief Executive Aoife Brennan said: “These appointments recognise the exceptional talent and expertise across the Lisney team, and I am delighted to congratulate each of them on this well-deserved achievement. They reflect the strength and experience of our commercial and residential businesses, as well as our continued commitment to developing future leaders within the organisation.”

She added: “As we continue to build on Lisney’s legacy, our focus remains on delivering outstanding service and trusted advice to our clients. These appointments further strengthen our leadership team and position us well for the future as we continue to grow, evolve and create long-term value for our clients.”

The appointments follow Brennan’s own elevation to Chief Executive and form part of the company’s ongoing leadership development strategy as it continues to expand its advisory services across Ireland’s residential and commercial property markets.
